Ware Dickensian Evening 2023
Ware Dickensian Evening is a large-scale community event bringing together local community groups and businesses, charities and crafters to kick off the Christmas period!
TUDOR SQUARE
Predominately local community groups and charities located here to help raise vital funds for their activities. It also hosts a range of musical entertainment throughout the evening as well as the switching on of the large horse chestnut tree to start of the Christmas festivities!
Space Includes:
• 3 x 3m Pitch
• Tables and Gazebos ARE NOT provided
• Electricity is available for stalls in the Square but not in West Street where local arrangements are in place.
Please indicate your preferred space and we will do our best to accommodate.
Requirements:
• Submit a Risk Assessment (link provided in confirmation e-mail).
• Public Liability to be sent to the organiser at least 2 weeks before the event.
• Food outlets must provide up to date Food Hygiene Ratings and Qualifications.
Costs:
• £20.00 Community Group/Local Charity
• £40.00 Sole Trader
• £75.00 for Commercials, ANY Food or Alcohol Sales (Community Groups Included)
If you want more than one pitch space, you must book more than one ticket.
Stalls are allocated on first come first served basis
